Please read the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) carefully as they govern your access to and use of the Precision Ocular Network website and related digital content (the “Service”). Precision Ocular Network, Inc. (“PON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is incorporated in the State of Alabama and operates as a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing sight restoration, research, and community impact.
Use of the Website
The Service is provided for informational, educational, and mission-related purposes only. You may access, view, download, and print Content (as defined below) for personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved and retained by us.

Accounts, Passwords and Security
In order to access certain Content on the Service, you may need to set up an account (including establishing a login ID and password). Donations & Online Transactions
Donations made to Precision Ocular Network are facilitated by our third-party partners. Donations made through the Service are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Precision Ocular Network is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization recognized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. While reasonable measures are taken to support secure processing, PON and its third-party partners do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free transaction services.
